We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of theatre practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective theatre operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to support their professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
