Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to advance projects through the completion stage.
  • Select and specify materials, with a focus on plastics, to meet project requirements.
  • Manage project timing plans, adhering to defined gateways and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless DFM responses and report closeouts.
  • Utilize CAD viewing software to support project needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic component development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in plastic welding.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
