Job Opportunity

Maclean Moore is seeking a highly skilled SAP Cloud ALM Architect to join our team on a hybrid basis.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP Cloud ALM operations and Solution Manager experience to lead the implementation of SAP Cloud ALM module for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide architectural support and solutioning for various SAP S/4 upgrade and enhancements projects, including execution.
  2. Design, implement, test, and go-live of SAP Cloud ALM module to enhance clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver implementation.
  4. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to SAP Cloud ALM solution and identify, design, and create specifications for workarounds.
  5. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and translate them into SAP Cloud ALM requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM operations with exposure to SAP Solution Manager experience.
  2. Strong experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations in S4 HANA with SAP Cloud ALM operations & SAP Solution Manager experience.
  3. Good exposure in SAP Cloud ALM operations & SAP Solution Manager functionalities.
  4. At least 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP Cloud ALM operations.
  5. Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP Cloud ALM and other modules within SAP.
  6. Knowledge in retail business processes, especially around promotions and deals.
  7. Engage in driving demos and prototypes to deliver enhanced value from SAP Cloud ALM module.
  8. Configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of the SAP Cloud ALM application.
