About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Specialist Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users to lead a full and active life, considering their assessed needs and individual support and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach.
  • Support individuals to stay safe and protect them from abuse wherever possible.
  • Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users.
