About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Officer to join our HR Strategy & Operations Team in the People and Workforce Development Service. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and delivering workforce planning projects, including workforce retention initiatives and service recruitment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain workforce data and business intelligence to inform strategic workforce planning and development decisions.
  • Produce comprehensive workforce data reports to explain trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR/OD Business Partners, Recruitment Team, and Workforce Development Team to ensure effective recruitment plans are implemented.
  • Support workforce planning issues and succession planning with HR/OD Business Partners.
About You

We are looking for a HR professional with experience in producing workforce data reports and leading workforce planning projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce analytics and be able to work effectively in a large, complex organization.
