About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager Assistant to join our team at EG Group. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, train, and engage your team to grow them to become their best selves.
  • Deliver on KPIs to ensure your restaurant meets our excellent standards.
  • Perform weekly admin tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine.
  • Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting our customers and creating a memorable experience.
  • Manage the restaurants recruitment process, bringing in the best talent who demonstrate our core values.
