Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at a leading education provider in Oxford.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to start immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our campus and its occupants.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the campus to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Supervise and monitor the behavior of individuals on campus, reporting any incidents or concerns to the Safeguarding Team.
- Communicate effectively with the Safeguarding and Tutorial Team to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
- Handle incidents involving unauthorized individuals on campus, using discretion and judgment to resolve the situation.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and students to promote a culture of safety and respect.
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to start immediately and work a full-time schedule.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and full rights to work in the UK.
- No previous convictions or security-related issues.
