About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing Market Trends: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Price Optimization: Analyze and optimize prices to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of pricing analysts to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, modeling, and interpretation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex pricing strategies to senior management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
