Position Overview:

We are collaborating with a prominent global law firm seeking a Regulatory Compliance Paralegal to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Compliance Attorneys by organizing and documenting critical decisions in compliance logs.
  • Proactively recognizing potential compliance challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • Tracking regulatory changes and ensuring the team remains informed.
  • Preparing and assembling responses to client inquiries and audits, aiding in the preliminary review of client agreements.
  • Contributing to the drafting and revision of the firm's policies and procedures, while addressing inquiries from Partners, other legal professionals, and Business Services regarding these policies.

Qualifications:

  • Some background in a compliance role or a sincere interest in the compliance sector.
  • Strong and articulate communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
