Emergency Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a night shift basis. As an Emergency Veterinary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse range of animal cases.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency and hospital care to a variety of animal cases
  • Work closely with the day team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Use advanced diagnostic equipment, including Philips iu22 Abdominal Ultrasound and Philips ie33 Cardiac Ultrasound
  • Perform procedures, including Ligasure and digital endoscopy
  • Monitor patients using multiparameter monitoring equipment
  • Work with a range of Idexx lab equipment and an incubator
