Warehouse Operations Manager

Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their team in Adlington. As a key member of the distribution centre team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, managing inventory, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve exceptional service levels and meet productivity targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and cost savings.
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or distribution centre environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
