Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Leader to join our team at our Boston factory. As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and collaborating with our team to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Conduct daily machine safety checks and record packs per minute (PPM) on machines
- Oversee product changeovers and ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and film usage
- Liaise with engineers and report any issues in a clear and concise manner
- Adhere to World Class standards at all times
- Previous experience with SOPs and working in a food factory (ideally salads)
- Good level of English and Maths
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
- Ability to work unsupervised
