As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service and operate both independently and collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for our customers and team members to feel proud of their experiences with us.
This position involves a flexible 16-hour work schedule across various days and times.
The store operates during the following hours:
08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday
10:00 to 16:00 Sunday
Availability to work up to one hour before or after these hours is essential.
Additional hours may be available during busy trading periods, to cover absences, or for the annual store audit. Your primary location will be designated, but you may be required to assist at other locations as needed, with travel expenses covered.
You will occasionally work independently while adhering to all Health & Safety protocols.
Upon successful completion of your probationary period, you will share responsibilities for opening and closing the store with your team and may take on keyholder duties with additional compensation.
