OLG Recruitment is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator for a prominent client. This position is a long-term contract role, offering a standard workweek of 36.5 hours, from Monday to Friday.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement activities, ensuring adherence to the pre-approval process.
  • Process requisition requests that have received prior approval.
  • Ensure requisitions are accurately created with all necessary documentation.
  • Facilitate timely processing of purchase requisitions.
  • Obtain appropriate spend control approvals in accordance with established policies.
  • Evaluate whether sufficient justification has been provided for requisition requests.
  • Assist in the prompt creation of SESs and GRNs to support operational needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records backed by auditable evidence.

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proficient understanding of the MM and PM functionalities within SAP.
  • Familiarity with general requisitioning principles.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of steelmaking operations and functions is advantageous.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing systems and processes.
