Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Nursery Manager to become an integral part of our management team. This position requires flexibility to oversee all 11 nursery locations during times of staff absence, including maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire teams to provide exemplary care and education to children and their families.
- Maintain consistent delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and monitor children's learning outcomes.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with families.
- Achieve and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Implement effective budgeting and financial management strategies.
- Encourage high-performance standards among staff.
- Focus on revenue generation and cost efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- At least 3 years of experience in Nursery Management.
- Proven experience leading an Outstanding Ofsted inspection.
- Possession of a full clean driving license.
- Relevant training in safeguarding and child protection.
