About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Solutions Consultant to join our team at Clayton Associates Group. As a Power Platform Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Services Sales Team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design and implement robust solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Common Data Service.
  • Develop high-quality technical proposals and documentation to support client projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to create delivery plans and timelines.
  • Build and implement custom applications that meet client business needs.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience developing applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Common Data Service.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
