Quality Inspector

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our precision engineering parts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using verniers, callipers, micrometres, gauges, and projectors
* Operate CMM inspection machines (training will be provided)
* Support the internal non-conformance process
* Liaise closely with the engineering department to ensure the smooth transition of NPI

**Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications**

* Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances with dimensional measurement tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges etc)
* Well-versed using shadowgraphs, optical projectors/measurement machines, computerised inspection systems, 3D scanners, or CMM Machines
