Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Contract Delivery Officer to join our Asset Management Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our buildings and homes meet all regulatory and statutory requirements.

Reporting to the Contract and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of compliance contracts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual obligations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our team while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse range of compliance contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and compliance activities.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to contract management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing contracts, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
