Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Retail Assistant to join our team at Primark. As a Stockroom Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized stockroom, receiving and processing new deliveries, and ensuring that stock is accurately stored and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that all stock is properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Receive and process new deliveries, checking for damage and ensuring that all items are accurately receipted and stored.
  • Transfer stock between the stockroom and the shop floor, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Minimize stock damage and loss by ensuring that stock is properly stored and handled.
  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting colleagues from the shop floor and ensuring that the stockroom is a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
