Job Title: Psychology Graduate Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist. As a key member of our SEN team, you will work closely with students aged 3-18 who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individual support to students with Mild Learning Difficulties and Speech and Language difficulties.
  2. Support pupils with varying degrees of ability and behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  3. Engage with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues, working closely with their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

This role offers valuable practical experience, preparing you for a career as an Occupational Therapist or Educational Psychologist. It also serves as a strong reference for pursuing a Master's or Research Project in Psychology.
