We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a contractor who is looking for Multiskilled Tradespeople based on various locations, working on public buildings and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plumbing and pipefitting
2. Tiling and flooring installation
3. Decorating and painting
4. Carpentry and lock changes
5. General Maintenance such as replacing window handles, easing and adjusting doors

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

1. Experience in residential properties
2. Good social skills and customer service
3. Asbestos awareness certificate
4. DBS check
5. Driver's License
