We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Specialist Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic students at Reaseheath College, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to develop essential skills and strategies for academic success.
  • Assist students in understanding their academic requirements and developing effective time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications to undergraduate degree level (minimum level 6) and extensive training in adult autism.
  • Experience of working with autistic clients and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify ways of helping students build on their learning strengths while maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and good organizational skills.
