Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to join our Delivery Team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and establish best practices.
  • Provide insights and strategies for process optimization utilizing Power Platform capabilities.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of projects, from conception and design through to development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure effective adoption of automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to automation solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features within the Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to current or future automation projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on development practices within Power Platform.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Power Platform within the organization, providing leadership and direction for automation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Professional training in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent with minimum duration of 2 years.
  • At least 3 years' experience, of which at least 3 have been within software development or related.
  • Demonstrated development skills, preferably.NET, C#, VBA, or Java.
  • Experience with other application/automation and integration tools (such as UiPath, Celonis, Appian, etc.).
  • Understanding of AI and Cognitive Services to enhance automation solutions would be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure strong customer relationships.
  • Understanding of customers' processes, with experience in process consulting being advantageous.
  • Fluent in English.
