AV Installation Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AV Installation Engineer to join our team at iDPP. As an AV Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital/AV installations in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of AV equipment and systems
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues with AV and IT equipment
  • Maintenance and service of AV equipment
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients
  • Produce accurate work to a high professional standard
  • Completion and submission of required paperwork
  • Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct
  • Responsible for company vehicles, tools, and stock

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2+ years service and installation experience (ideally within AV, but experience with Smart Home/ general Electrical Installation, kiosks, cash machines etc. will be considered)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
  • Good level of English spoken and written
  • Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
  • Ability to be flexible within a working week
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Great communication skills
