In your capacity as a Client Solutions Support Engineer, your primary focus will be to assist clients with our SQL-driven platform.

You will work alongside colleagues to provide timely and effective solutions tailored to client needs.
Travel may be necessary for this position based on client requirements, which may include locations within the UK or other parts of Europe.
Additionally, as our SQL Solutions Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations and processes to ensure the seamless functioning of client tools, addressing any necessary implementations.
  • Identifying and executing quality enhancements.
  • Responding to client support inquiries within our service level agreements.
  • Advising and proposing suitable client solutions and alternatives.
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients and accurately reporting on all operational and technical aspects of client maintenance.
  • Exploring and contributing to innovative methods of implementing IM technology.
  • Managing client accounts to ensure the effectiveness of delivered solutions.
To excel in this role, it is essential to possess:

  • Experience in a similar capacity.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies and related products, such as Snowflake, Tableau, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • The ability to adhere to agreed timelines while keeping clients informed of any potential delays.
  • Confidence in a client-facing role with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
It would be advantageous to have experience with:

  • Engaging with international clients.
