Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at Service Service. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  • Process customer applications and convert them into appointments or leads.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Confident and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed.

Benefits:

  • OTE up to £45,000 per annum.
  • Pension scheme.
  • 22.8 days holiday per year.
  • 4-day working week.

Working Hours: 33 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am-6:15pm.
