Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's team in Linlithgow. As a key member of the care team, you will provide person-centred care to residents and their families, while also mentoring and supporting colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Mentor and support colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Recognize and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, using clear and respectful language.
- Role model professional behaviours, upholding the values of our client and the nursing profession.
