About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated HSE Advisor to support our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in upholding Pensar Construction Group's commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence. You will provide essential support, advice, and guidance to project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE requirements, plans, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Health and Safety Leadership: Instil a culture of safety throughout the project lifecycle, empowering project personnel to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Project Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on safety requirements, ensuring compliance with legislative and best practice standards.
- Training and Development: Deliver internal training programs on HSE procedures and ensure effective implementation of controls through auditing activities.
- Site Engagement: Actively participate in project pre-starts, toolbox talks, and relevant meetings, fostering open communication on safety matters.
- Subcontractor Management: Monitor subcontractor safety performance, ensuring adherence to Pensar Construction Group's safety policies and procedures.
