About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Circet IRE & UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to carry out required works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Address non-conformance and non-compliance early to minimize cost impact.
  • Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments.
  • Carry out in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  • Identify and prepare submissions for required DFEs (Design for Excellence) for client approval.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Experience and strong understanding of the SROH (Site Renewal and Operations Handbook).
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level.
  • Understanding of the importance of WIP (Work in Progress) vs Cash.
  • Strategic and Commercial Awareness: ability to understand and consider business impact of decisions.
  • Knowledge of permit to work schemes and noticing.
  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders and effective communication.
  • Ability to understand client quality requirements.
  • IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) desirable.
