Early Years Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Officer to join our team at Bainsford Primary School, ELC Class.

About the Role

This is a temporary position, working full-time (37 hours, term time) within Falkirk Council Children's Services. The successful candidate will have a passion for promoting and delivering high-quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish positive relationships with children and families
  • Deliver high-quality early learning and childcare provision and procedures
  • Work effectively as a team member
  • Have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent and be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Additionally, they will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.

Please note that the salary will be adjusted accordingly for a term-time contract.
