Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team at EJ Legal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Corporate practice, working on a range of tasks including proof-reading of documents, and assisting with pre-completion matters.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have some prior Corporate / M&A experience, good academics, and the ability to pick up tasks and work autonomously. You may be a future trainee looking for an assignment before you go travelling, or a Paralegal looking for a position before you commence further travel.
What We OfferIn return, the Paralegal will be offered a competitive pro rata salary equivalent to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a US firm and extend beyond the initial three months.
