Job Title: HVAC (Refrigeration/AC) Shift Engineer

Options Resourcing Limited is seeking a skilled HVAC (Refrigeration/AC) Shift Engineer to join their team in Westminster, Central London. As a key member of the facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the site's plant, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 5 multi-skilled engineers
  • Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and maintaining accurate logbooks
  • Participating in the engineer call-out rota and organizing reactive repairs to the site's M&E systems
  • Attending site and carrying out reactive repairs as required

Requirements:

  • Mechanical qualification or a qualified plumber to a minimum of Level 3
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
