Estimator for Engineering Maintenance Services

This position is essential to the Service Centre team, focusing on the technical estimation and preparation of quotations. The organization specializes in the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of pumps and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Manage initial customer Requests for Quotations by reviewing technical and commercial specifications, identifying any critical areas of concern.
  • Efficiently generate inquiries within the system (Salesforce).
  • Communicate with customer representatives regarding inquiries.
  • Gather pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive technical estimates, incorporating structured work scopes, budgeted hours, and direct costs, in line with local Delegation of Authority.
  • Create detailed commercial quotation documents.
  • Engage with customers and Area Sales Engineers on a daily basis.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for two days of remote work each week, within a full-time Monday to Friday schedule.
