We are pleased to announce an opening for a Human Resources professional to become a part of the Sky Personnel team.

This part-time position plays a vital role in overseeing HR documentation, facilitating employee onboarding, responding to staff inquiries, and managing disciplinary actions when required.

Responsibilities include managing all documentation pertinent to Human Resources.

  • Address employee concerns and inquiries.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A HR CIPD or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • Comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure success in the role.
  • Opportunities for additional internal and/or external training will be available after 6 months of satisfactory service.
