Join Our Team of Freelance Safeguarding Trainers

We are seeking passionate and experienced trainers to join our team of Freelance Safeguarding Trainers at CBAT - Care Business Associate Training. As a Freelance Safeguarding Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and assessing our training courses to the required standard.

About the Role

We are looking for trainers who have a strong background in teaching and training, with a focus on safeguarding for education. You will be responsible for delivering training to various levels, including adult and childcare services, and will work closely with our team to ensure that our training courses meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safeguarding training to various levels, including adult and childcare services
  • Assess training courses to ensure they meet the required standard
  • Work closely with our team to develop and deliver training courses
  • Have a strong background in teaching and training, with a focus on safeguarding for education
Requirements
  • 2 years+ teaching experience with adults/children and young people
  • Training/teaching qualification i.e. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS
  • Direct experience dealing with safeguarding concerns
  • Level 4 Safeguarding is essential (for Advanced Safeguarding Lead training)
  • Experience in the field of Health and Social Care
  • A DBS check and relevant insurances in place
  • A driving licence and use of own vehicle
