Nursery Manager Job Opportunity

Happy Nurses Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team in Telford, Shropshire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a supportive team of childcare professionals
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Manage staff performance and development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
  • Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths, or willingness to achieve within 2 years
