Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and support to clients in nursing homes
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive healthcare services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on health-related topics
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in the UK
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and support
- NMC Registration
