We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Reinstatement Team Leader to join our team at Hiring People. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of reinstatement workers and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of reinstatement workers to complete projects on time and to budget
  • Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in reinstatement or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of reinstatement procedures and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Street works (NRSWA) ticket and clean driving license (cat B) essential
