We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Case Manager to join our team at North Oak Recruitment Ltd. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our managerial team and colleagues by efficiently processing tasks and documents.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide general office administration, handle post, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Case Management: Book appointments for our advisers, chase lenders and solicitors for updates on client mortgage applications, and use our online system to log notes and complete tasks.
- Client Communication: Email and call clients to request documents and update them on the status of their application.
- Attention to Detail: Possess good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Skills: Be highly organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent computer skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in mortgages or a relevant associated industry is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: A salary of up to £25,800K basic, dependent on experience, plus a team-based bonus.
- Benefits Package: 20 days holiday, bank holidays, discretionary birthday off, contributory pension scheme, death in service, progression options, and discounted private medical cover.
- Hybrid Working: The option to work from home up to 2 days a week after probation.
