About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team at OASIS Group. As a key member of our Pricing & Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our market growth aspirations through the acquisition of profitable business with new clients and growing our share of wallet with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Model Development: Build and maintain accurate cost models for OASIS products and solutions, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant by geography and by product.
  • Pricing Model Creation: Develop and maintain accurate pricing models for OASIS products and solutions, enabling us to position compelling commercial proposals.
  • Deal Support: Work with deal pursuit teams to establish price requirements on deals, manage bid proposals, and submit pricing responses into client formats.
  • Financial Analysis: Build key deal P&Ls and cashflow statements for the deal term to support the deal approvals process within the Deal Acceleration Framework.
  • Competitor Analysis: Develop an understanding of competitor price points and commercial propositions, enabling us to anticipate competitor offers and price to win.
  • Process Improvement: Review and improve pricing processes, creating new workflows and processes where they do not exist, and identifying opportunities for development.
  • Tool Development: Support the development of pricing tools such as Salesforce, working closely with Sales Operations and the broader Commercial team to understand how to improve these tools and whether/how features such as CPQ could add value to our teams.
  • Automation: Seek ways of automating smaller, simpler deal P&Ls.
  • Collaboration: Work with the UK&I Finance Business Partner and the wider Finance team to keep cost models up to date and relevant.
  • Strategic Planning: Incorporate strategic plan assumptions into pricing and cost models.
  • New Product Development: Support new product developments with cost and pricing model builds to help shape 'Go to Market' proposals.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices with the wider Commercial team.
Requirements
  • Highly Numerate: Excellent attention to detail and highly numerate with experience in advanced Excel.
  • Financial Expertise: Experience of building cost base and pricing models or similar business cases, and experienced in P&L and cashflow models.
  • Finance Qualification: Ideally a finance qualified accountant.
  • Communication Skills: Confidence to present own analysis to key stakeholders with a mix of commercial and non-commercial backgrounds.
  • Independent Thinking: Independent thinker, able to create, plan, and prioritise own workload.
