We are partnering with a local authority to support the appointment of a Health Visitor Specialist on a 2-month contract, with the potential for extension. If you are a skilled professional with expertise in public health, we encourage you to apply with your CV for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will provide expert clinical advice, supervision, and support to the health visiting team on specific public health matters, including domestic violence, infant feeding, accident prevention, safeguarding, and extended services link.
- The Health Visitor Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality, family-centered primary health services to a defined population, including those within the Early Help neighbourhood and Children's Centres boundaries.
Requirements:
- You should be available to start immediately or at short notice.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
