Vocational Instructor in Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vocational Tutor in Engineering to join our team at RNN Group. As a Vocational Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students, helping them to achieve their full potential and succeed in their chosen careers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team and contribute to the development of our students' skills and knowledge. As a Vocational Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering teaching, learning, and assessment in our Engineering Department, working with students at Levels 1 to 3 and Apprentices. You will also be expected to work in our well-equipped workshops and online through our virtual learning environment, using Google Classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students at Levels 1 to 3 and Apprentices.
- Develop and deliver creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and promote positive outcomes for learners.
- Monitor and track learner progress, providing regular feedback and support to students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
- Contribute to the development of our students' skills and knowledge, helping them to achieve their full potential and succeed in their chosen careers.
- Experience of employment in a mechanical Engineering company and practical experience in industry covering Welding, Machining – Manual and/or CNC.
- Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, as well as a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award, or be willing to work towards.
- Ability to bring the subject to life, using combined methods of practical, theoretical, and digital which will engage learners and provide them with the best skills, knowledge, and behaviours for the future.
