Insurance Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to join our Commercial Team in the City of London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance underwriters and ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance broking services.
Key Responsibilities- Reading and processing client correspondence to understand their needs and requirements.
- Filing client correspondence and documents in a secure and organized manner.
- Updating quotation forms and conducting compliance checks on company names and directors.
- Preparing pre-renewal correspondence to clients and working closely with account executives to ensure timely renewals.
- Adding premiums to client accounts and chasing clients for renewal instructions.
- Chasing clients for aged debt and checking documents for errors.
- Reading engineering reports and filing correspondence from insurers and clients.
- Prior experience in insurance administration or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce well-written email correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft folder/filing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet compliance targets.
