Your Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations set by the company.
  • Follow the Quality Management System guidelines diligently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage areas.
  • Assist with various tasks across the Materials Handling Department.
  • Provide prompt resolution for any inventory-related issues.
  • Unpack and register incoming goods within one business day when necessary.
  • Participate in the inventory verification process, including conducting physical stock audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory integrity according to established standards.
  • Process incoming shipments and manage the return of any rejected items efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy in kitting processes.
  • Handle packing and shipping operations to guarantee same-day dispatch of products.
  • Transport materials as needed using company vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role is preferred, along with a foundational understanding of logistics, packing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Word and Excel, is advantageous.
