We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Beachlands. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people to participate in activities and appointments, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Contribute to household tasks and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Engage with young people in tasks and activities, fostering positive relationships and promoting their emotional and social development.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • A big heart and passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness in challenging situations.
