HR Specialist

Muthu Hotels MGM is looking for an HR Specialist to become an integral part of our workforce, offering expert guidance and assistance to both management and staff across our diverse locations. This position encompasses managing recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, payroll systems, employee benefits, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Offer guidance and support regarding organizational policies and legal obligations.
