About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious mid/senior brand strategist to join our team at Dentsu Creative. As a key member of our strategy team, you'll work closely with a Strategy Director to deliver high-impact projects and help win pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop media-agnostic strategies for innovative creative ideas, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists.
  • Build relationships with marketing manager/director-level clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Partner with Creative Teams to provide them with the necessary resources to deliver exceptional work.
  • Represent brand strategy in cross-discipline teams within Dentsu, driving effectiveness and creative excellence.
  • Develop and train junior members of the strategy team, as well as client leadership in strategy.
  • Contribute to agency and strategy team culture through training and inspiration sessions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of brand planning experience, including running a piece of business in a top brand/advertising agency.
  • Track record of developing interesting creative work across various media channels.
  • Proven experience in briefing and developing creative work with teams.
  • Experience in building relationships with clients, with proficiency in writing presentations and presenting with confidence.
  • Understanding of key marketing theories and ability to apply them to strategy work.
  • Experience in developing a brand and being a brand guardian.
