Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement and Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for materials, components, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze material costs and market trends to provide accurate pricing for budgeting and project proposals.
- Cost Savings: Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative sourcing, material substitution, or process improvements.
- Production Planning: Work closely with the production planning team to ensure materials are available in line with production schedules.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or payments.
