Overview:
We are excited to present an opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator at The Portfolio Group, a recognized leader in the Employee Assistance Program sector.

This pivotal position within the sales division is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. Responsibilities include managing the inbox, distributing leads, generating reports, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to both direct and indirect sales teams.
- Prepare and compile reports, manage lead allocation, and maintain operational procedures.
- Oversee data management within the CRM system and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Handle the allocation of over 500 leads monthly and process upwards of 300 contracts.
- Support the Business Support mailbox, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Daily Tasks Include:
- Continuous monitoring and processing of incoming emails.
- Compilation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with detailed analysis.
- Management of incoming leads and processing of new business applications.
- Provide sales support to all teams, including system training and addressing daily inquiries.
- Monitor and allocate data records to ensure the sales team has adequate resources.
- Coordinate administrative requirements for the sales and management teams as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- High levels of energy, commitment, and drive, with a focus on flexibility and enthusiasm for the role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain meaningful business relationships.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet objectives efficiently.
- Commercial acumen to apply knowledge practically in a business context.
