Join Our Team as a Nursery Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Market Harborough, part of Grandir UK.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of level 3 qualified practitioners to promote learning and development.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for the children, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Reading, understanding, and implementing all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Developing positive relationships with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • Attending regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertaking training as required to enhance your skills and knowledge.
